• Send the document by email to info@abacustranslators.com. Please include your full name, the source language, the target language(s), and the document to be translated if possible.

We will send you a quote via email within 24 hours.

Confirm your acceptance of our offer via email.

You will receive the translated document(s) and invoice by the agreed delivery date.

You can make payment to the account indicated on the invoice within 30 days (Credit card, PayPal, Moneybookers or Bank transfer).

When and How To Pay

Invoices must be paid within 30 days of receiving the translated document unless otherwise agreed. You can use these 30 days to evaluate the translation and if you are not satisfied, please inform us by using the procedure outlined in our terms and conditions.
